Carl Hample’s philosophy is simple. “I don’t set out to create my design. I seek to capture the client’s vision and transform it into a working piece of art.”

Since 1987, Hample Pools and Service has been designing and crafting unique and distinctive poolscapes in Austin and the Central Texas region. We have no standard pool plans. Each pool is custom designed to enhance the uniqueness of the site and to reflect the owner’s individual lifestyle. The only limit to our ideas is the the owner’s desires and the neighbor’s fence line.

Some of the ways we love to show our artistry is in negative edges that seem to flow into the horizon, water features from trickles to cascades, natural boulders that appear to have pre-dated the pool, lighting for mood and interest, caves for quiet moments, beaches for play.

We don’t offer seasonal sales or “this week only” bargains. Each design is costed out at current prices for its particular features and specifications. Our owner, a graduate of the University of North Dakota-Ellendale, has over 30 years of experience in the industry. “I keep myself informed of industry innovations so that I can educate the client about products that are efficient and durable.”

We have been building pools in Austin for many years and intend to do so for many, many more. Because of that and because we take personal pride in our work, we only use the highest rated equipment, the best time-tested construction techniques, and superior quality materials.

We still hold the old fashioned values of integrity and honesty. We value our customers and their opinion of us and our work. Our greatest pleasure is their pride in the pool area that resulted from their dreams and vision and our expertise and workmanship.
